Dozens of community groups to stage rally in Jakarta

Dozens of community groups will stage rally in Jakarta nearly for the whole day on Thursday.
Three rallies were scheduled at 7 a.m. in three different locations – HI traffic circle on Jl. Thamrin, Central Jakarta; PT JCT Koja’s office in North Jakarta and Industrial Relations Court on Jl. MT Haryono, South Jakarta.
From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. other rallie will be held at HI traffic circle, in front of State Palace on Jl. Medan Merdeka Utara, in front of House of Representatives building and the office of PT GISM at Chase Plaza on Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Central Jakarta.


At 8 a.m. a different rally was scheduled to be held at the North Jakarta Police headquarters on Jl. Yos Sudarso, North Jakarta and North Jakarta office of the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration also on Jl. Yos Sudarso, according to tempointeraktif.com.
From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. a group of protesters will gather at the office of the Judicial Commission’s offide on Jl. Kramat Raya, Central Jakarta, the Supreme Court’s office on Jl. Merdeka Utara, Central Jakarta and Jakarta High Court’s office on Jl. Lt. Gen. Suprapto, Central Jakarta. A group of workers is also scheduled to go on a mass strike on Jl. Kebon Sirih No. 45, Central Jakarta, at 9 a.m.
From noon to 5 p.m. another rally will be held at the Indosat Horse Statue area on Jl. Merdeka Barat, Indonesian Republic Radio on Jl. Merdeka Barat and in fron of the State Palace on Jl. Merdeka Utara, Central Jakarta. A free-speech will be conducted at Tugu Proklamasi monument in Menteng, Central Jakarta at noon.
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. a peaceful rally be held along certain roads in Jakarta with a route from STF Driyarkara campus - Percetakan Negara - Paseban - Kramat Raya - Sumpah Pemuda building - Kwitang - Tugu Tani - Gambir – Ministry of Religious Affairs – State Palace - Salemba Raya - Pramuka - Pramuka Sari 1- STF Driyarkara campus.
